The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act allows for a 30% tax credit, up to $1,500.00, for the purchase of a wood or pellet stove or fireplace insert through December 31st of this year. And, with selected models, we offer an additional 10% discount off the purchase price.
Remember - a Tax Credit is much better than a Tax Deduction... a credit is literally dollar for dollar: if you receive a tax credit for $1,500.00, you will get that much back as an actual refund (as long as you have paid that much in income taxes).
