We will tip the spa on its side, and use one of our delivery equipment devices. In order to get your spa out of the existing house, and into the new house, the WIDTH opening of your gate, and any other portions of the path we will take it down, must be a MINIMUM of 1" wider than the height of the spa. Likewise, the height must be a minimum of 1" higher than the longest width of your spa. WE DO NOT LIFT SPAS OVER FENCES, WALLS, OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT.

We do not do any electrical. Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for both the disconnect of the spa in the original location, as well as any electrical hook up at the new location

PLEASE READ

1. Your spa must be drained, cleaned, and disconnected from electrical when we arrive. 2. All obstructions to enable a clear path must be removed --- we do not move stacks of firewood, relocate garden sheds, trimtrees, and we do not clean up dog poop. We are there to pick up your spa, bring it through an opening that you have cleared, load it on our truck, and safely deliver it to your new location.

Section 1 - Pick up location

We do NOT lift spas over walls or fences, we do not take fences or gates down, trim trees or take down gutters on the eves, etc. This is a delivery service that requires open and clear access from point to point at both locations.

We need to know what the access is like at the new location. If you cannot provide pictures of this site, upload any two pictures to this firm and call the showroom to explain the situation. By checking the box above the customer acknowledges that they have met all requirements for a safe and smooth delivery. Any encumbrance which hinders access or in any way impedes the facilitation of removing and relocating the hot tub could result in a stoppage of work until such time as those encumbrances are cleared by the customer. The spa must be drained completely and disconnected from all electrical prior to our delivery team's arrival. Failure do do so could result in necessitating a reschedule of the house to house relocate. If this should occur additional charges may result due to additional time not calculated in the original estimate.
